We grant a warranty period of one year from delivery of the products. We also offer a 30-day money-back policy valid from the date of purchase (see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details).
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- improper operation
- unsuitable hardware or software on customers devices (please consult the product descriptions for minimum requirements)
- unusual operating conditions or system configurations on customers side
The customer is requested notify us of any problems with the product as soon as possible. The omission to do so has no effect on his statutory warranty claims.
The customer may not reject the product for a reason other than a significant defect that severely restricts or makes impossible its proper use. The product may not be refused due to minor defects.
If a product is defective, the seller can choose to eliminate the defect or provide a replacement.
